Skid Steer Attachment Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase in new uninstalled condition. All returns will require a copy of your invoice and an RMA #. If your item has been attached to a machine, hydraulics connected, shows signs of use, the product cannot be returned.
EIP Manufacturing is not responsible for the return shipping cost of the product. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged carefully and insured to ensure that they are returned in “new” condition.
Any items returned without prior authorization may be rejected and returned to sender. If an item is received and accepted without prior authorization, you will be contacted to pick up your return or obtain an RMA within 24 hours of acceptance or you will be charged storage fees. If an item is returned without an RMA, not picked up within 24 hours, has not paid storage fees, and has been longer than 30 days, EIP Manufacturing will consider the product abandoned and EIP property.
