EIP Introducing High Definition Plasma Cutting System

EIP Mfg., LLC is pleased to announce a state of the art high definition plasma cutting system in our manufacturing facility.

The high definition plasma cutting system will be PC based CNC controlled, enabling significantly increased speed, laser accurate consistent cut quality and virtually maintenance free. With its’ dual synchronization control it ensures repeatability consistently within .005” for an accurate and quality part.

The plasma cutting system is capable of cutting steel, aluminum and stainless at the highest quality level, ensuring every part will meet or exceed Customers’ expectations, resulting in a quality part every time.

Another optional feature incorporated into our new plasma cutting system will be auto download of drawings for precise programming and accuracy of meeting Customers’ exact specifications. Each cut will be of highest quality and preciseness with capabilities up to 2” plate thickness.
