EIP
Manufacturing, LLC is a leader in the Steel Fabrication
business. The current site is adjacent to Highway 20, in Northeast
Iowa at the Earlville exit.
Founded in 1975 by Dale and Eileen Keuter, EIP started out
in a small building located in downtown Earlville. As the
company expanded its product line it quickly outgrew the building
and relocated in 1983 to our current 126,000 square foot location
in Earlville. At that time all that was on the property was
a small building now known as “The Woodshed”.
EIP began building wooden livestock feeders in 1975. After
listening and responding to the needs of the customers,
EIP began producing hog equipment, gating, crates, stalls,
feeders, etc. As a result of the ingenuity and foresight
of Dale Keuter, EIP was awarded several patents for various
pieces of hog confinement equipment.
EIP was the first to introduce wire mesh flooring; a farrowing
crate with adjustable sides; our exclusive five-max flooring
and the limited-flo feeding system.
