Powder Paint System:
EIP’s powder paint line goes through a shot blaster first and has a 4-stage washer, dry-off oven, powder paint booths and bake oven. The product bakes in a 405 degree oven for over thirty minutes. This results in a coating that is as durable as hot-dip galvanizing, yet flexible and paint able. The process is environmentally clean and cost effective. Paint powder is recycled, and the paint environment is cleaned twice before being returned to the atmosphere. This ultramodern equipment offers you the latest in painting processes.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing:
A proven cost-effective and durable corrosion protection system, hot-dip galvanizing entails cleaning steel in a series of chemical solutions and then immersing the steel in a bath of molten zinc metal. The zinc from the bath and iron from the steel metallurgically combine to form the galvanized coating that protects the underlying steel from corrosive attack.

EIP Mfg, LLC is not only capable of handling any powder coating requirement we can handle any paint application and color option required by the customer.
